Data Processing Addendum

Last updated: June 26, 2026. This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service governing data processing for European Union residents.

1. Data Processing Roles

Under GDPR, Inference acts as the **Data Controller** for subscriber names and email addresses. For diagnostic logging, IP tracking, and ad delivery, data is processed in collaboration with our sub-entities.

2. Subprocessor Disclosure

To maintain high-availability edge delivery, analytics, and non-intrusive ad networks, we engage the following third-party subprocessors. Each subprocessor has been vetted for GDPR compliance:
