Under GDPR, Inference acts as the **Data Controller** for subscriber names and email addresses. For diagnostic logging, IP tracking, and ad delivery, data is processed in collaboration with our sub-entities.
To maintain high-availability edge delivery, analytics, and non-intrusive ad networks, we engage the following third-party subprocessors. Each subprocessor has been vetted for GDPR compliance:
